  JK paint did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home . When my husband and I purchased our home we knew we wanted to eventually get rid of the green exterior paint.
  I am an anxious bee and when the paint went on, not going to … More lie, I was very nervous and scared that I made a huge mistake! but the crew on site were very patient with me, gave me lots of reassurances which helped me not make any rash decisions.
  My front porch was redone as well, and I couldn’t love it more. Someone painted a dark red over that beautiful wood that’s now flourishing.
  Monica was very personable, great communication via e-mail/text and I loved that she came out after the painting was complete to do the final inspection.
  We’ve gotten so many compliments, we are happy customers .

  I have a very tall house. Like you need to be Spider-man or the Last Son of Krypton to feel comfortable getting on the roof, let alone painting it. JK came out, had an extremely competitive bid, used excellent materials, had professional … More workers and did a great job. They not only painted, but replaced old caulking and resealed windows and seems.
  When they were done, they had to let the front door dry and took the weather sealing off the door jam. I thought I was going to replace it, but they showed up the next day and put the sealing back! The house is now protected and looks as good as new. Thank you JK! Have them out for an estimate and you will see just how professional they are.

They sent a team of four who worked steadily and professionally. This home has very tall sloped … More ceilings with lots of canned lights as well as lots of wood trim and doors that needed to be taped off. The estimator was able to give us an estimate from the room layout map given online from the real estate agency and set us on the schedule just a couple of days after we were to close on the house. That made everything convenient and saved us time. The end product is absolutely beautiful. A great experience. Highly recommend them.

  From our original estimator (Davis) to the project Manager (Monica) to the onsite crew lead (Armando), JK Paint took care of our exterior paint job with great professionalism, quality and service, and fair pricing.
  While the extremely … More record-setting wet Spring created scheduling challenges, they communicated throughout and made sure everything was done well.
  They also communicated (and showed) when they found some minor dry rot issues and were reasonable in change order costs for these repairs. Another great team member (Sergei), who had excellent siding contracting repair skills, did a great job replacing several siding pieces and trim.
  It all wrapped up with a final day walk-around where Monica and Armando worked to make sure every minor detail was taken care of.
  Sincere thanks to the whole team, including the crew members I didn't meet or get names for, for your hard work and attention to detail. You treated our home like it was your own and obviously take pride in your work.

  Very responsive and professional. We chose them because their prep included repairs for damaged/dry rot woodwork and other companies exclude that. They gave us locations of painting jobs they had completed and also references to call … More for recommendations. They were on time, professional, thorough, and stayed to complete touch-ups to our satisfaction. We had our front door insert replaced after the house was painted and they agreed to return to paint the new door after it was installed. Davis came out for the initial walk around the property, listen to what we intended to do, and he gave us an overview of the process. He was very thorough, … More clear, and answered all our questions. He followed up with a detailed quote and included references we could contact. We did call a few and all were very positive. The project started on time with Hector and his crew. They were very friendly, organized and worked hard with prep work and paint to keep the project on schedule. They were delayed by the wether, but they came back to finish the work. Once all done, Hector gave us a walk around the entire house to see if there were any additional touch ups needed, and to make sure we were pleased with the work. The house looks fantastic, and it was a pleasure to work with a company that did exactly what they said they would do.   I was referred to JK Paint from a friend. I called and the estimator - Davis came out. He was very thorough. We walked around the entire house and he explained everything that would be done. He was very professional and answered all … More my questions. When the project was ready to start, Hector and his crew came out. They were very friendly, organized and worked very hard. They were able to complete most everything but had to finish a few days later due to the weather. When they came back on the last day and completed everything, Hector walked me around the entire house to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was pleased with the work. I am very happy with the work. Everything looks great and it is such a pleasure to work with a company that has such great customer service. I have already referred JK Paint to one of my friends.
