Joe Kelly
Owner
Joe is the Founder and Owner of JK Paint. A Willamette Valley native, Joe was born and raised in St. Paul, Oregon. Joe started JK Paint in 2013 after working as a painter and seeing an opportunity to fill a need in the industry. He set out to be a painting contractor that provided high-quality results and great customer service, making sure clients and homeowners felt taken care of throughout the process.
Joe started small, with a ladder strapped to the top of his Toyota Corolla, and has been able to grow the business year after year. He has ensured that JK Paint and the entire team live by the values he set out to create in the industry: Quality Work, Communication, Punctuality & Reliability. As he grew JK Paint, he was excited to add each of his three siblings to his team, knowing that these values were instilled in them as well.
In addition, Joe has focused on employee retention and promoting from within, which creates a family feel across the entire company. Joe enjoys leading all aspects of the JK Paint team, continuing to learn and pass on the “JK Way” to our crews, ensuring quality is top-notch. He also works with the management and admin teams to ensure that our customers enjoy a seamless and effortless experience with their projects.
When Joe’s not at work, he has the company of their two huskies to keep them busy. He enjoys many outdoor activities, like snowboarding in the winter and camping in the summer

What Isabel values most about her role is being part of a company that emphasizes teamwork and growth. She enjoys creating a supportive environment for both the team and clients, and takes pride in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. Working alongside her siblings is something she finds especially meaningful. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, and visiting Central Oregon.

Lucas Kelly

Lucas is our Sales & Production Manager at Sister Siding. Lucas started as a painter at our sister company, JK Paint, 2016. He worked his way up within JK Paint and transitioned to his position with Sister Siding in 2020. Lucas has always found the construction industry interesting, and enjoys getting to be a part of it both through Sister Siding and JK Paint. He enjoys meeting new people through the sales aspect of his position, getting to interact with people he likely wouldn’t have met otherwise. In his free time, Lucas likes going new places and trying new foods. He enjoys spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants, or going on nature trails. In addition, he has been training in Jiu-Jit-Su at various Portland gyms since 2023.
